CROSS CREEK RANCH
Residents of Cross Creek Ranch are technically located in Fulshear; nevertheless, most of the area’s schools are zoned to the Katy Independent School District and three brand new schools are now being constructed to suit the area’s rapid population increase. The region has access to the conveniences of larger cities but has a small-town vibe.
Homes that have recently been built, as well as older ones, can be purchased. The neighborhood features a fitness facility, a lakeside water park, miles of greenbelts, trails for hiking and biking, and other outdoor activities. You may get to the beginning of Seven Meadows from the Grand Parkway (99) by getting on the S. Fry Road and proceeding in the direction of the east. Seven Lakes High School serves the majority of these communities, and prices range anywhere from $261,000 to $1,000,000 for a home there.
The proximity of Elyson’s parks, trails, lakes, and orchards to Katy-area families is largely responsible for the community’s rising popularity as a family community. Prices start in the mid $390s and go up to the 600s, and the schools served are part of the Katy Independent School District.

Students are zoned to attend Lindsey Elementary, Leaman Junior High, and Fulshear High School within the LCISD. PINE MILL RANCH

Tompkins High School is the designated high school for residents of these homes, which have prices ranging from $330k to the upper $600s.
Families in the Katy area who live close to IH-10 and Bartlett Road can take advantage of the unique amenities provided by this 1,100-acre neighborhood. The community features a parkway that is lined with trees, has fountains and is home to many exotic animals.
